Dear Mr. Trapp,

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a red Jeep Wrangler from Twin City Mazda. Actually, this was our second vehicle that we have purchased from Twin City; last year we bought a Mazda 6. I am writing to comment on the outstanding level of salesmanship that we received both times.

First, I would like to thank our salesman, Jeff Nissen, for being very patient with us and helping us choose the right vehicle. He was not only extremely informed on the vehicles but also enthusiastic about their performance. One of the discoveries we made along the road to purchasing our second vehicle was that many salesman were only eager to sell their company's respectful used vehicle. Jeff understood that we were in the market for a non-crossover, mid-size SUV, which Mazda unfortunately does not have. He did help us to choose a slightly used Jeep that satisfies our needs perfectly; and is loads of fun! He also came in Tuesday to personally oversee the small windshield repair.

I would also like to thank Jeff Martin and Preston Freytag. They, in addition to Jeff Nissen, stayed late Monday evening to complete our purchase and see that we were able to drive our Jeep home. Despite the late hour, they continued to do their best and did not let on that they were tired in any way. My husband and I were exhausted so we can only imagine that they were feeling similarly.

I have a feeling that we might be back in two or so years to look for another addition to our garage. In the mean time, we will continue to recommend Twin City Mazda to our family and friends. We have never had a better car buying experience than at Twin City Mazda and will continue to always choose you over the competition.
